A 1973 Canadian Mint  Uncirculated Coin Set.

This set contains two Commemorative coins.  The dollar bears a reverse design which commemorates the 100th Anniversary of the entry of the Province of Prince Edward Island into Canadian Confederation.  The design depicts a replica of the Province House, P.E.I. Provincial Legislative Building.  The second coin, 25 cents, illustrates a mounted member of the Royal Canadian Mounted police, in present day ceremonial dress, carrying a lance with a pennon attached.  Both rider and horse are at the attention position.  This coin is being issued to honour the 100th Anniversary of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Coins included: $1, 50 cents, 25 cents, 10 cents, 5 cents and penny coin.
 
The coins are sealed in transparent plastic and are presented in the original colourful envelope with accompanying information card.
