1996 Romania 100 Lei Silver Proof Coin - World Food Summit

On offer is the 100 Lei Silver Proof coin from Romaniaa.  These Silver Proof coins were struck to commemorate the World Food Summit held in Rome of that year, and with a small issue of only 5,000 are both a great piece of history and a good store of silver.

These coins have a diameter of 37mm, weigh 27.50g with a Silver content of  0.8178oz ( 0.925 oz pure Silver).  The coins are each housed in a protective plastic capsule.
