A 1986 USA Silver Proof $1 Commemorative.

The 1986 S Statue of Liberty Silver Proof Commemorative Dollar was issued to commemorate the Statue of Liberty, which is located in New York.

The obverse features the Statue of Liberty, behind her the Ellis Island building is also visible in the background.  Inscriptions, "Liberty Ellis Island, Gateway to America, In God We Trust, and finally it also has the D Mint mark indicating it was struck at the Denver Mint.

The reverse features a hand holding a lit torch aloing with rectangular rays shining from the flame.  Inscriptions, "United States of America, Give me Your Tired, Your Poor, Your Huddled Masses Yearning to Breathe Free, E Plurisbus Unum and One Dollar".
