2024 Silver Typeset Collection - PERTH MINT 125TH ANNIVERSARY

Over its 125-year history, The Perth Mint has produced sovereigns, circulating coinage, and highly regarded modern numismatic and investment pieces. Marking our milestone year, the anniversary design on these coins reflects the Mint’s best-known contemporary series with a kangaroo, kookaburra, and koala portrayed among golden wattle. The inscription ‘1899 THE PERTH MINT 2024’ appears within a scroll at the foot of the design, which also includes a ‘P125’ mintmark.

The coin’s obverse portrays the Dan Thorne effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, and the monetary denomination.
