1994 Remembrance Proof Bronze Dollar

This commemorative dollar has been minted to pay tribute to Canadians who answered the call to serve.  The National War Memorial, officially unveiled in 1939 by His Majesty King George VI, stands majestically in Confederation Square in Ottawa, Canada.  The Memorial is a visible remainder of the “Great Response” of the people of Canada in the service of humanity.
