2018 Silver Proof Ten Pence - The Great British Coin Hunt - J

In 2018 The Royal Mint released 26 commemorative 10p coin designs. Their theme is the A to Z of Britain and each coin combines a letter of the alphabet with an aspect of quintessential Britishness.

This is the first time The Royal Mint has produced a series of commemorative 10p coins and each 10p coin has been struck in .925 Sterling Silver to a Proof finish.

J is for Jubilee - This 10p features a Jubilee Carriage sat above the letter ‘J’ and celebrates Jubilees, the perfect reason to have a street party! In 2017, we marked Queen Elizabeth II’s Sapphire Jubilee, making her the longest-reigning monarch in British history.

The coin is protectively encapsulated in a Perspex presentation block and housed in the original Royal Mint outer case.
