A modern interpretation of the Tudor Dragon by David Lawrence appears on the reverse of the coin.

The reverse features a design based on the sculpture of the King’s Beast that adorns the Moat Bridge at Hampton Court Palace.

Created in collaboration with the experts at Historic Royal Palaces, the coin is accompanied by a booklet on the heraldry of Henry VIII.
