Commemorating the 75^th Anniversary of the end of World War II

This outstanding 1/10oz silver coin and card keep sake marks the end of the devastating conflict of World War II with a symbolic design celebrating the arrival of peace and has been produced by the Perth Mint.

Responsible for the death of an estimated 60 to 80 million soldiers and civilians, WWII was an international struggle that ended in 1945 following years of devastating battle. In 2020, 75 years on, the world stands ready to reflect upon the events of the war and acknowledge the enormity of the sacrifice and suffering it caused.

The design of these coins is based on the original coin issued by the U.S. Mint. 

The coins are hallmark stamped with their weight, purity and have a reeded edge.

Obverse - Depicts Queen Elizabeth II, weight, purity, year of issue as well as "10 cents"

Reverse - depicts a representation of two wreaths and a central dove motif. The inscription ‘END OF WORLD WAR II 75th ANNIVERSARY’.
