2018 50p - Paddington™ at the Palace

The brand new UK Paddington 50p coins have been issued by The Royal Mint in 2018 to celebrate the iconic 60th anniversary of the British Bear.

This is the second in the series, which is thought to potentially be the most sought-after 50p series ever.

The coins are based on the modern adaptation from the CGI-live action movie, featuring Paddington waving a Union Flag outside Buckingham Palace.

These 2018 coins represent the first time Paddington has featured on official UK coinage and serious collectors will want to guarantee themselves one in the best possible condition.
