In November 1922, Howard Carter raised a candle to peer inside the ancient tomb of an Egyptian pharoh named Tutankhamun.  Hidden in darkness under desert sand and rock, the wonderful treasures inside had remained undisturbed for more than 3,000 years.  Commemorate the centenary of one of the greatest archaeological discoveries in the world with this beautifully crafted coin.
