2008 1oz Silver KOOKABURRA

The Australian 2008 1oz SILVER  KOOKABURRA coin is issued by the Perth Mint in Western Australia and stuck to high standard and finish for bullion coins.

The coin contains 1oz of 99.9% fineness Silver and is housed in a protective capsule to keep it’s proof like quality (See Photo).

The backdate Perth Mint Kookaburra series coins are now classed as a collectors coin, and not just bought for the bullion content.  They are dificult to get hold of if wanting to compile a full date collection and hence warrant an additional premium.
