2018 Rwanda 1oz Silver Coin - LUNAR YEAR OF THE DOG

The Rwanda African Wildlife series has been incredibly popular with intricate designs and was launched for the first time in 2017, with the year of the Rooster.  2018 sees the successful series continuing with the Year of the Dog.

Obverse features a stylised Dog in the centre of the coin. The inscriptions "Lunar Ounce", “2018”, the Chinese sign for dog and the purity are listed along the rim.

Reverse features the official seal of Rwanda and the face value of 50 Francs.

Each Silver coin in this series is only minted until the next coin is released, making each coin exclusive and ensuring low mintages. Final mintage numbers are currently unknown.
