2016 $10 1/2oz Silver Maple Leaf

This $10 coin is 99.99% pure silver, with a diameter of 34 millimetres and a nominal metal weight of 15.87 grams.  

The reverse design by Canadian artist Donna Kriekle features the cycle of life exemplified in the regeneration and growth of a sugar maple tree, from winged seed (bottom left) to the deeply veined mature leaf (top).

The obverse features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt.

A certificate accompanies this beautiful coin and confirms that your 2016 $10 fine silver coin is authorised by the Government of Canada.  The coin has been struck by the Royal Canadian Mint and has a limited mintage worldwide.

Your coin is encapsulated and presented in a Royal Canadian Mint-branded maroon clamshell with black beauty box.
