The design featured on this superb frosted uncirculated coin is from a painting by Aboriginal Artist Jeanette Timbery.

The coin is released by the Royal Australian Mint in recognition of the Kangaroo as a special symbol of Australia.  Thoughtfully sculptured by Wojciech Pietranik and struck in fine silver, this frosted uncirculated collector's item is the ninth annual release in the Silver Kangaroo Series.
